About the role
We’re a creative-tech agency building websites, brand identities, AI automations, 3D renders, and digital campaigns for clients across automotive, real estate, and tech. We care deeply about craft and expect the same from everyone on the team.
The Role
We’re looking for a developer who can build polished, production-ready websites and web experiences. You write clean code, use modern tools including AI-assisted workflows, and don’t need to be hand-held on quality. You’ll work directly with our creative team on client projects from brief to launch.
Requirements
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Webflow and Framer — real projects, not just demos
• Working knowledge of Figma — able to read design files accurately and translate them to build
• Actively uses agentic coding tools for development; can prompt effectively and review AI output critically
• Follows clean coding practices — readable structure, logical naming, version control with Git
• Sharp attention to detail — spacing, hierarchy, and pixel accuracy matter to you
• Rudimentary design sense — you can make sensible judgement calls when working from a design file
Compensation
₹30,000/month — Strong technical skills, solid Webflow/Framer/Figma experience, good coding practices.
₹45,000/month — You bring a strong design portfolio alongside your technical skills. You’ve shipped projects that look as good as they function. This is the profile we’d love to find.
